“My personal training experience has been top notch. I bought 10 sessions from Joe Andrews, and each session was harder and more engaging than the last. I've been lifting routinely since I was 17, but in 10 sessions I learned more than I have in the last decade. Joe taught me proper form, the power of slow, eccentric lifts, dynamic warm-ups exercises, mobility drills, static stretches, foam rolling techniques, new equipment demos (like the fat grips - brutal), and introduced me to his bootcamp-like HIIT training, too (I dare you to try it...). He created a custom workout plan, tracked my progress over the course of about 8 weeks, and sent me nutritional tips. Joe also texted me nearly every day to check in to see how my body was feeling and provided suggestions when I was too tight or sore. Joe is a "tough love" kinda guy - great sense of humor, supportive and motivational, but pushes you to the edge. Never pushy with selling more training sessions, either. He's also a constant learner and is becoming an expert in other areas of health and wellness like mindfulness, yoga, boxing, etc - a great trait in a great trainer. I admire his work ethic and passion for developing the right habits and lifestyle in his clients.”

“I had hit a plateau. I didn't have motivation anymore to workout. I had been relatively "in shape" but a lot of the muscle and definition had gone away. I needed to be motivated again. I needed to find out how to workout differently so it was interesting and exciting to me again. And I wanted to look a specific way, aesthetically again. I communicated this to Diakadi, who did an excellent job of recommending three trainers to me as options. I interviewed all of them and in the end settled on Joe Andrews. Results? 3% drop in body fat, almost 3% gain in muscle mass at the end of 10 training sessions over approximately a month and a half. I had obliques again. I had abs again.
